The cake is incomplete because it was really just for practice but I loved trying these new butter cream flowers. I usually much rather work with fondant because I feel you can have much more real looking outcomes. My body temperature is also naturally a little warm so the frosting goes melty on me like instantly. That being said buttercream is something I still need to work on. I think to be great I need to learn how to do great with all types of decorating. So I practiced some new flowers here. I loved how the daisies and carnations turned out!
