This cake has a very special place in my heart, I made at the end of last year for my lovely Mother and Father in law for their 60th Wedding Anniversary. My Father in law very sadly lost his battle with cancer a few months ago, so this was the last cake I will ever make for him. They were both really surprised when I arrived with their cake and they both loved it.

Thank you for your lovely words and kind wishes :). I love this cake because it makes everyone in the family smile when they see the photos, it reminds us to remember Dad as he was in life and how he would want to be remembered. Xx
