I had the pleasure of being part of this great Sir Peter Jackson Colaberation. This is my Lord of the Rings trilogy cake. It was all handpainted with Rainbow dust, the maze had some internal structure and the rest was fondant. I used around 3kg of fondant and a lot of lustre dusts!!!
