Second post for the day :D

This was for one of my son’s party yesterday. Cake was Chocolate Fudge and Hazelnut Cake covered and filled with Milk Chocolate Ganache.

Deck, cabin wall and roof, and the Captain was made of Modelling Chocolate. The rest was fondant. Oh and the water was Royal Icing.

Goodie bags were shortbread cookies sandwiched using Milk Chocolate Ganache.
