This is a groom’s cake for a hunter. They wanted the phrase on the cake. The deer are made from fondant and cereal treats then dusted with petal dusts. The shotgun shells and acorns are fondant. The leaves are gum paste. The cake is a 10-inch and 6-inch round. I modeled the tree roots with cereal treats to keep from cutting away at the cake and losing the servings.
