Finally laid my hands on colored ganache ! Not a fondant cake but is ganache.. This one was for my dear cousin and didn’t want a fondant cake .. So kicked up with the idea of making colored ganache .. It’s a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and finished with violet coloured ganache and decorated with silver
