I delivered this cake this past weekend and the bride was all about the roses. This is a buttercream cake with a buttercream rose petal stencil on each tier. I used the Wilton hidden columns to make space between each tier and filled with deep crimson red roses that were supplied by the florist. The stencil detail is a little hard to see – hit the zoom button to see it more clearly.
