I made this cake for my day job we had a potluck luau for the employees and residents. I work in a rural hospital with long term care wing. It was such a last second thing I used flowers I had left over from other projects. The purple hibiscus and the small pink ones were made of gum paste. Larger pink flowers were fondant with a little tylose. Top tier is white cake with amaretto filling. Middle tier is chocolate cake with strawberry butter cream filling and bottom layer is carrot cake with cream cheese filling. The cake itself was frosted in butter cream. The bottom layer using the grass tip for the piping bag.
