Happy Thanksgiving from the USA! This is a double barrel cake, iced in ganache and rolled fondant. I used the watercolor technique to get the “fall/autumn” painting effect. The pumpkins are mini cake spheres with airbrush details. The ‘give thanks’ chalkboard plaque was hand drawn with white chocolate and then painted with white gel food coloring. The leaves and acorns are made out of fondant. Hay/straw was made out of fondant using a clay extruder. Lots of fun to make and not too much pressure since it was for my family;)
