This is a two tier cake – both the bottom and top tier are cakes – chocolate ganch and buttercream cakes.
The decorations are Fondant and Royal Icing.
The horses are hand sculpted fondant horses – no moulds were used here!!!
I modeled according to a picture of a horse.
The cake was made for my nieces daughter – she’s 1 year old…
