I’ve made this cake for my big sister’s birthday tomorrow. It’s a surprise, I hope she likes it!

My design was inspired by two people; Sarah at www.tamingtwins.com and Katherine Sabbath (if you’ve not heard of her then google her cakes, they’re amazing!)

This cake is a super deep chocolate cake topped with caramel, mars bars, flakes and marshmallows to create a rocky road giant sponge cake. <3
