Twin girls turning 5 years old need their own personal Elsa doll cake, right? So instead of having to share, we created 2 Elsas, each one decorated slightly differently. Both are based on the Ipoh Bakery Fashionista Doll.
I experimented with a different design on one & loved how it turned out. It took forty forevers to do, though, so I got myself in trouble on that one, time-wise! Haha! All those ruffles to create the rosette look was extremely time-consuming. Both Elsas are dressed in fully edible fondant gowns, all blinged up with Disco Dust.
The rosette Elsa is White Velvet Cake with White Chocolate buttercream filling & icing. The other Elsa is Red Velvet cake with White Chocolate buttercream filling & icing. Both are fondant decor.
The girls LOVED their dolls!!!
