I made this cake for my husband’s birthday as he’s a big Star Wars fan.
This ‘Dark Sided’ treat is Red Velvet covered with fondant and airbrushed. The eyes are made from isomalt and the red lights are LED ligths. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to add sound effects in it but hopefully next time I can get it in.

I got him some other Star Wars goodies and presented them on the table, as his friends saw the whole bundle they thought the cake was some kind of lamp- lol….
