Modeling chocolate and fondant came together to create this cake. With only a few days to plan this Princess Mermaid cake is made with mc scales and tale and a fondant 2nd tier. The topper was supplied by the client and was added to later ( which was ariel in a dress doll). Waves were created at the base of the cake ( but hard to see) and gold accents were added to the tail and some of the scales. I love cakes like these.
