Who says it has to be big to be eye-catching? Not me certainly. This is a little cake I made for a wedding show. It’s easy for couples having an intimate wedding to be afraid that a small cake just won’t “measure up”, so I made this to show that a small cake can indeed hold its own. It’s based on a cake from Naomi Yamamoto’s Wedding Cakes book and features pleated fondant and handmade Persian buttercups. One of my favourites!
