I made this cake back in August. Pink Roses in all shades were part of the Wedding Theme as they are close to the Bride’s Mother memories. She also wanted something very tall. There is a Plain Bottom Tier on which there is a Dummy tier where most of the dark pink roses are, followed by an extended double barrel tier where the roses are more spaced and structured. Like a Victorian corset . The Top Tier is a small Vegan Chocolate and courgette cake topped by 2 handpainted butterflies.
