This is a coconut cake that a made for a birthday order. It has coconut milk used in not only the cake but also the coconut butter cream that the cake is lightly iced in. It is filled and topped with flaked coconut as well. I decorated this cake with white chocolate shards and white chocolate hand dipped strawberries. Some of the strawberries I also dipped in coconut flakes as well.
