Here’s my assignment cake I had to do. We had to choose a country from Asia and as my children’s grandma is Sri Lankan I decided this would be a good idea. We had techniques we had to meet, this being garrett frill, brush embroidery and sugar flowers. I really enjoyed doing this cake and think I done well
