This is a 8 inch carrot cake with a rum butter caramel filling. A little different but very yummy. I made this for my Mother’s birthday. Butter cream finish with fondant accents. Ruffle flowers and ruffle leaves.

I could not resist decorating it:0). The filling worked really well and the cake can be left out unlike the cream cheese filling.
