Happy Birthday Danielle!
After being away for a couple of weeks we came back just on time for my daughter’s birthday party.
At 8 pm the night before the party, there was not even a cake. in fact I didn’t think I have time even to make one. But when my daughter asked me just before she went to sleep if I’m making her a birthday cake, how could I say no to that?….
The morning of her party she woke up at 6:30 am heading straight to the kitchen, and the first thing she asked me with her sweet little voice was: “mommy, did you make me a cake?”
What can I tell you, that special moment was worth every minute of non-sleep I had that night.
