I know it’s a little bit early ;)

As a new workshop design I made this hanging birdhouse. Since it’s already near Christmas (ahum), I decided to make it in this theme.
Since I’m planning to cut it tomorrow, I already drew the design to make it in a Valentine’s version for a booked workshop in February. It was so much fun to make!

Cake torted with ganache and covered with a combination of fondant and modelling chocolate. Branch and decorations are made with modelling chocolate.
