I love an ultra-classic, white on white cake in a fresh, rustic setting. Set here on the patio at the Tubac Resort, guests celebrated on the lawn under a canopy of towering trees. Two choices of cake are offered: Princess buttermilk cake filled with a silky raspberry buttercream and jam, or Black Tie cake with layers of vanilla bean buttermilk cake and double dark chocolate cake filled with salted caramel and chocolate buttercreams. Vanilla bean buttercream finishes the cake. White sugarpaste peony, lisianthus, tea roses, and blossoms top the cake.
