This had to be a larger than life cake! Standing 3 feet tall, I decided to have every nursery rhyme a separate space for itself. Since this cake was used during peak humidity, I covered this completely in modeling chocolate. Completely cake barring the Mushroom on the top. A total of 7 rhymes covered here…..any guesses? ;-)
