My 8 tier masterpiece was judged by Mauro from Cake Boss as the best wedding cake on display at the Good Food and Wine Show, which took place this past weekend in Durban, South Africa.
Made up of different techniques and textures which included ruffles at the base, royal icing piping,silicone molds and hand made sugar flowers
