I am always working with colours and experimenting with different looks and suddenly realised I had nothing that was just white. As I started making the flowers I remembered being told to be careful when working with white gumpaste, it picks up everything! So working with all white was rather nerve racking but I actually really enjoyed it and loved the finished cake so much I want to make another all white number, so watch this space!
