This cake was a real challenge, I know the people doing this actual course were facing a far bigger challenge but there was so much detail on this cake!
First I spent ages looking through the website of ‘Tough Mudders’ which is an obstacle race with lots of different courses around the world.
This course included an ice bath, barbed wire, electric hanging wires (the orange ones on one side of the cake) and all the usual stuff….tyres, tunnels, hooped rings etc.

The cake was rich chocolate, I think after completing this they deserved it and more!
