I made this cake seven years ago for my best friend’s husband’s 50th birthday. 12×18 tier was yellow cake and top tier was chocolate. The champagne bottle was a hollow chocolate bottle which I wrapped in gold and green foil to make it look real. The ice is rock candy.The labels were made by my husband who’s a graphic designer, (that comes in handy every once in a while)
