I love making family cakes- I can experiment on them! This was my mum’s birthday cake. A double height 6" chocolate and coffee layer cake with salted caramel buttercream and chocolate sugarpaste, served with chocolate cream (and a sugarpaste cow made by my 5 year old son which was added after the photos!)
