This guy has been on my cake bucket list (as my friend Nina says) since I first saw the movie ‘How to train your dragon’. So when I got asked to make this I was BEYOND excited!
I couldn’t find any reference pictures that had him in the position I had in visioned, so I really had to trust my instinct with this cake, there are lots of imperfections but I’m really happy with how he turned out.
His head is sculpted from chocolate and his body is all cake.

Okay I kind of love him ;)
