This is one of my favourite cakes ive made , the Graduation cap is made from Pastellage and it worked perfectly!! it was hard and dry in minutes !! the certificate was made from fondant and Stenciling is royal icing . i used the edible ink pen to write the name non the scroll and on the certificate. the cake it self is chocolate filled with butter cream.
