Being a Delhi city girl gave me the idea to design my gravity defying cake . So the city I grew up in, where I had a lifetime of
Memories and a place where I toughened is depicted here . It was super fun making the Monument India gate , landmark Qutub minar , the iconic transportation of Delhi, the metro and the historic humayun tomb. The shortest angle on this cake is the 30 degrees and every part is cake. No styrofoam and no rice crispie , only central structure is a rod on a wood base. Proud to be an Indian and having such a beautiful legacy that inspired this cake :)
