This was made for my big brother who owns 6 german shepherds as a surprise for his birthday. The cake itself is made from an 8" choc mud and 2 × 6″ vanilla cake filled and covered in white choc ganache. There was over 2 kg of fondant used and 3 1/2kg of choc ganache.
