I was so lucky to get this request as I had free reign over total design except that it had to be Paris inspired, I went with the girls favorite colors but went with more of Moulin rouge feel to it. I wanted the top tier to be like the ruffles of the skirt and the bottom tier inspired by fishnet stockings. I used edible paper along with my Spellbinders Sweet Accents machine that I got from icing images and the template that goes with it. I loved the way it turned out and although time consuming the effect was well worth it. I hope you like it, big hugs .

This is absolutely gorgeous! I love the tier that looks like fishnet stockings. It must have been very time-consuming! The ruffles and cameo are gorgeous as well!

Thank you everyone but I just want to make sure I say this as I forgot in the top statement. Topper I did not make…I got it last x-mas knowing I would want to use it at some point. It is a x-mas tree ornament, I cut the string and then attached a little plaque I made from pastillage then re-tied it to make it look like it was made that way. I love toppers like this that people get to keep and have as keepsakes. This one was great as she got to actually go to Paris for her birthday so this will be a great reminder for her of that fabulous trip with her family.
