This cake is the biggest, scariest cake we have ever had to make and deliver. It was challenging not just because of the size and weight but because of the different types of cake involved. The cakes are chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache, vanilla victoria sponge with buttercream and raspberry jam and finally our first ever gluten free victoria sponge!
