Elsa works her magic! Ice castle on a 12 layer cake that makes two complete rainbows! The cake is covered in ganache and fondant and then airbrushed. The castle and Elsa were crafted from gum paste. Elsa’s clothes and hair are fondant and her cape is made from gelatin. Her face is painted. The castle also lights up. The cake was donated to Cakes for Cancer for Kids for a little girl celebrating the end of chemo treatments.
