Polka dot surprise

My first time just “ganaching” a cake before adding some decorations.
Chocolate fudge cake sandwiched with whipped milk chocolate ganache and covered with dark chocolate ganache and polka dots and some surprise flowers!

Thank you all so much – it was only when I’d finished it I realised I’d replicated the blue and green in my kitchen and dining room! Subliminal inspiration ;-)
