A year ago, I made my first ever fondant covered and fondant decorated cake for my Madeleine with the aid of google and youtube. I even used boxed cake mix and canned icing for the said cake (GASP!!!!). Nowadays, I pride myself on making great tasting cake from scratch that’s just as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate. Here’s Madeleine’s 5th birthday cake. Happy Birthday My Little Squirty :)
