This cake was a 3 layer morello cherry and almond gluten free cake with vanilla buttercream icing and morello cherry jam inside. I was commissioned for my customer by her daughter – the mum is studying to be a counsellor! It was my first attempt at modelling anything really and I used Rice Krispie treats for the first time too to do this.
