country wedding cake - no fondant art just chocolate and fruit

wedding cake for my friends who married in the outdoor museum of wooden cottages. they are fans of health and glutenfree food. vanilla sponge cake in the top two tiers is baked from buckwheat flour, other two are from spelt flour. i have used my favourite filling mascarpone, vanilla, chcocolate and raspberries. for decoration were used rosehips from my neighbour’s garden and still blooming strawberries from mine. just like i wrote – country cake ;)
