This carnival themed cake was a donation to ‘Parties For Purpose’, an organization that plans and executes birthday parties for children. The elephant is styrofoam balls covered in fondant. The cake was iced in ganache and fondant and inspired by Jessica Harris’ Craftsy class. I had so much fun working on this one!
