This is the first time I’ve re-made a cake design that I’ve done previously. I made a Minnie Mouse cake like this for our niece Madison’s 4th birthday in May. This time my cousin asked me to make this cake for Scarlett’s 2nd birthday.

For Madison’s cake I made Minnie out of gumpaste, but this time I tried using fondant. It was great experience to recreate a design I’d done before and learn from mistakes I’d made previously.
