10" bottom tier with fondant cut outs to mimic scales on a mermaid tail. 8" tier with whimsical buttercream swirls. 6" with buttercream bubbles. Crown made in gumpaste as well as the shells. Airbrushed in teal,hot pink,purple and shimmer all over.
