After so much research and fretting for days I finally finish this cake. Yaaaaay! I love the way it come out.

So this was for a very dear friend of mine. It was her birthday last Sunday. She loves shoes hence the cake. It is a banana cake sandwiched with whipped ganache and caramelised banana slices, the frosting is also whipped ganache.

It was was a huge success she totally loved the cake and everyone else were all praises so job well done.
