This is my baby boys 1st birthday cake. He absolutely loves nursery rhyme always smiling when we sing them to him.
This is the first cake I’ve used ganache on and achieved those sharp edges. The cake was iced, models made and decorated in one night…. Bit rushed but so pleased with how it turned out :P
