Inspired by Paul brad fords chocolate wrap cake, never having taken the course I had to work in the dark for this but it came out ok! Chocolate cam with milk choc ganache then wrapped in modelling chocolate and decorations made fm modelling choc, have to say pics don’t show it as well as the eye did.
