I made this three tier stacked cake for a recent wedding. It was a white base with all hand made sugar flowers in blue. The challenge with this cake wasnt the design, it was packaging it safely so a clients family member could transport it from Bristol to North Wales…..despite some hair raising moments on the motor way, it made it to the wedding in pristine condition.
