Two tier cake made for my Aunties two new grandson’s. Bottom tier is a vanilla sponge and top tier is a lemon sponge. I accidentally used the wrong size tin for the bottom tier so there isn’t much of a difference in size… Never mind, I think it still turned out well! I would have liked to use different ribbon to trim the board but was so stuck for time that I had to go with what I already had to hand.
