This cake was designed for a retired racehorse trainer who was celebrating his 90th birthday. All elements of the cake traced his life and loves and included images of the taxi he used to drive his wedding photo, animals that used to live on his farm church he was married in etc.
It was all topped off with a hand modelled chocolate racehorse modelled to look like his horse that won the grand national back in 1968 and the jockey is even wearing his silks. I had great fun with this cake. Thanks for looking
