This is one of my very first Birthday cakes as a cake decorator -I made it for my alder son’s birthday – four years ago.
First tier was a White chocolate mud cake filled with vanilla buttercream and the top tier was a lemon cake filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd . Inside the turrets I hid surprise sweets for the kids.
