Hi again.

I’m from Madeira island and I love my origins, so at a portuguese handcraft exposition I made this cake for the cake design contest, which gave me the second place at that competition.
I’ve found a way to replicate, in form of a cake, a very typical Madeira handcraft art, which you can know more about at this site http://www.bordadomadeira.pt/index.php,
The end result fools many people for the real thing, as I was told in the exposition.

This cake is still very popular at the workshops I give at my island of birth, people always want to learn how to do it.
